Raising Awareness on Safe Access and Routes

The West Windsor Bicycle and Pedestrian Alliance organizes a variety of different activities and events for cyclists, walkers and hikers designed to stimulate interest and to get feedback from people about desired and needed improvements that could provide better and safer bike and pedestrian access in neighborhoods and connecting to neighboring communities.

Upcoming Events

WWBPA and Friends of West Windsor Open Space (FOWWOS) are hosting two trail events on the weekend of October 4th/5th to encourage residents to explore and help improve the recreational trails in the Zaitz Woods Preserve, Saturday October 4th (at 9AM) and on Sunday October 5th (at 1PM).

Past Events

Community Bike Ride, Sunday, September 21th – 2 p.m., (Rain date – Sunday, September 28th – 2 p.m.) Trailbuilding event at Zaitz Woodland Preserve Hosted by WBPA, Friday July 4 at 10AM. Please park at gravel parking lot located on Southfield Road next to Public Works facility and across from Westbrooke Blvd entrance to the Heatherfield development. Please bring gloves, hats, shovels, rakes, clippers. Children are welcomed. WWBPA Sponsors Their Annual Used Bicycle Collection June 14 from 9 a.m. to Noon at the West Windsor Community Farmers' Market.
