  3. Discussion and Input: Citizens’ Resolution on Principles to guide the redevelopment of the Train Station and 350-acre Redevelopment Area in Princeton Junction.

The Princeton Junction Neighborhoods' Coalition is seeking input on developing a "Citizens' Resolution" and to initiate a public Charrette process to help advise the township in making decisions about the Princeton Junction Transit Station redevelopment effort to help ensure an open, public process, now that Council has approved roughly 350 acres in Princeton Junction as an Area in Need of Redevelopment.

This meeting will provide an opportunity for residents to learn more about the Redevelopment Area designation, seek answers to questions raised during or following the 12/19/05 township council meeting, raise additional questions, as well as provide input in creating this resolution expressing the concerns and suggestions of township residents.

This community discussion will serve to provide the public with more information and opportunity for conversation and participation on the issues surrounding the Redevelopment Area. The program is part of the Princeton Junction Neighborhoods' Coalition's continuing series to engage, inform and involve the community on important issues. T

  4. Power Point presentation: Public Charette Process. Additional information about the Charrette Process.
