“Considerations of 'Redevelopment Area' Designation in Local Planning in New Jersey.”

Bill Potter, Princeton attorney, lecturer in politics at Princeton University and adjunct professor of environmental law at Rutgers Law School, will participate in a discussion about "redevelopment area" designation on Monday December 12, 7:00 p.m. at the West Windsor Township Senior Center in the municipal complex on Clarksville Road.

The moderated discussion will serve to provide more information and opportunity for conversation on the issues surrounding the possible development of a transit village and "redevelopment area" designation, something the mayor of West Windsor is proposing for the Princeton Junction train station. The program is sponsored by the Princeton Junction Neighborhoods' Coalition in its continuing series to engage and inform the community on important issues. The event it is free and open to the public.
